The beauty who has always inspired her fans to stay fit does a LOT to stay in shape. The actress also mentioned that she eats white rice once a year to look glamorous and sexy always.

  • Bipasha avoids junk food and aerated drinks completely. She sticks to drinking warm water mostly.
  • She eats a lot of veggies, steamed fish, green salad, egg whites and lentils to keep her hair and skin glamorous.
